- Booking Confirmation
- All bookings (event, stay, or service-based) must be confirmed through an officially signed agreement or digital confirmation via our authorized platforms.
- A minimum advance payment (usually 25%-50% of the estimated amount) is required to confirm any booking. This percentage may vary depending on the nature and scale of the event.
- Provisional bookings without payment will not be considered confirmed and are subject to availability.
- Digital Booking and Payments
- Bookings can be made via our official website www.samarpanresorts.com, through verified travel or event aggregator platforms, or authorized third-party service partners.
- All digital transactions are processed through secured, encrypted gateways compliant with RBI and IT Act norms.
- Accepted payment methods include: UPI, NEFT/RTGS, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and recognized e-wallets.
- Digital confirmations will be considered as valid legal contracts once payment is acknowledged.
- Payment receipts and invoices will be auto generated and sent to the registered email ID.
- Instalment and Final Payment Terms
- Instalment-based payment plans may be provided for high-value events or long-duration stays, upon written request and management approval.
- Final payment must be cleared at least 15 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
- In cases of short-term or same-day bookings, 100% advance is mandatory.
- Pricing and Adjustments
- Quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, service charges, etc.), unless explicitly stated.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice due to operational, legal, or governmental factors unless locked by contract.
- Any last-minute upgrades, service additions, or modifications will incur additional charges to be settled immediately or before check-out.
- Cancellation & Refund Clause

- Any cancellations will be subject to a non-refundable administrative fee.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the event or stay unless due to unforeseen governmental or natural disruptions, and only with valid documentation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
- Booking Transfer or Rescheduling
- Booking transfer to another date or individual is possible only once and must be done at least 15 days prior to the original date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and revised pricing (if applicable).
- Overdue Payments & Late Fees
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest on the outstanding amount.
- Management reserves the right to cancel services or bookings in case of continuous default, without refund.
- Booking Violations
- Bookings made using fraudulent information or unauthorized payment methods will be immediately voided and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Misrepresentation of guest count, event type, or purpose may lead to additional charges or cancellation.
- Vendor & Third-Party Payments
- Clients hiring external vendors must clear their payments directly and ensure that all service providers adhere to Samarpan’s guidelines.
- Samarpan will not be liable for any disputes, failures, or payment issues involving external vendors.
