  4. Booking & Payment Disclaimer
    • All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and fulfilment of payment terms.

    • Samarpan shall not be responsible for payment gateway errors, delayed transaction reflection, or issues from the client’s bank/payment provider.
  5. Conduct, Alcohol Ban, and State Law Adherence
    • Samarpan follows a strict NO-ALCOHOL POLICY in compliance with Bihar State Laws. No guest, visitor, staff, vendor, or event participant is allowed to possess or consume alcohol on the premises.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any event found violating this policy without refund and may impose penalties or initiate legal action.
    • Guests and vendors must conduct themselves in accordance with public decency, legality, and our code of conduct. Any misconduct, violence, vandalism, or abuse may lead to event termination and legal consequences.
  6. Vendor & Third-Party Disclaimers
    • While we recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., decorators, caterers, entertainers, photographers, etc.), Samarpan does not assume responsibility for:
      • Vendor punctuality or quality
      • Miscommunication or disputes

    • Vendors are individually responsible for their licensing, regulatory adherence, team behavior, and event performance.
    • In case of complaints or conflicts, the resolution lies between the client and vendor unless expressly covered under our event management agreement.

    • Content on the website and social channels is for informational and promotional purposes only.
    • We do not guarantee the constant availability or accuracy of digital assets, booking links, or third-party integrations.
    • All content, including images, videos, offers, and promotional material, is subject to change without prior notice.

    To the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws:
    • Samarpan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

    • Any legal liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the client for the services in question.
  9. Fireworks & Weapons
    Samarpan disclaims all liability arising from any guest's or vendor's illegal or unauthorized possession or use of weapons, fireworks, or dangerous materials. Legal consequences shall be borne solely by the violator.
  10. Food & Catering Safety
    The resort is not responsible for any adverse effects caused by food prepared or served by third-party caterers not approved by Samarpan. We encourage guests to verify food quality with non-affiliated providers.
  11. Surveillance
    CCTV footage may be reviewed in case of disputes or incidents. The management bears no liability for discomfort caused by being recorded as part of general safety protocols.
  12. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance
    This disclaimer and any disputes arising from your interaction with Samarpan Resort And Banquet shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
