    • Ensure safety and cleanliness across all indoor and outdoor areas, including lawns, halls, kitchens, cottages, and restrooms.
    • Display visible safety and emergency signage at strategic points.
    • Maintain compliance with all applicable Bihar Public Safety & Fire Safety regulations.
  3. Alcohol, Tobacco & Narcotics Policy
    • As per Bihar State Laws, consumption, possession, or distribution of alcohol and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited within the premises.
    • Guests, vendors, and staff found violating this rule will face immediate removal and may be reported to local authorities.
    • Smoking is permitted only in designated open areas and not inside enclosed spaces.
  4. Fireworks & Weapons
    • Use of firecrackers, fireworks, or any pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited without prior written permission and official clearance.
    • Bringing, displaying, or using any kind of firearm, weapon, or explosive material is strictly forbidden and is subject to legal action.
  5. Food & Catering Safety
    • Only Samarpan-approved or in-house catering services are allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • All food served must comply with FSSAI standards and undergo hygiene checks.
    • Outside food providers must submit a food safety compliance form and be verified before being allowed to serve.
  6. Guest Conduct & Behaviour
    • Guests must behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and service providers.
    • Any violence, harassment, verbal abuse, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal and cancellation of the booking without refund.
    • Children must be supervised by adults at all times for their safety.
  7. Event Safety Guidelines
    • All third-party vendors must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and submit equipment safety checklists.
    • Decorations must be fire-resistant. Use of candles, open flames, or unprotected lighting is strictly regulated.
    • Electrical appliances must be pre-verified and installed only by authorized staff or contractors.
  8. Staff Hygiene & Training
    • All employees are trained regularly on fire safety, food handling, first aid, and guest interaction protocols.
    • Mandatory hand hygiene, uniform standards, and workplace cleanliness are enforced.
    • Any staff exhibiting illness or flu-like symptoms will not be permitted on duty.
  9. Emergency Preparedness
    • Marked fire exits, extinguishers, and evacuation maps are present throughout the facility.
    • In case of fire, natural disaster, or any emergency, evacuation protocols will be initiated by trained marshals.
    • An on-call medical team or tie-up with the nearest hospital ensures emergency medical assistance.
  10. Surveillance & Security
    • 24/7 CCTV surveillance in common areas (excluding private rooms and washrooms) is active for security purposes.
    • Professional security staff is deployed at all entry and exit points and key locations.
  11. COVID-19 & Public Health Events
    • During active pandemics or government-mandated health emergencies, all guidelines such as mask-wearing, social distancing, and sanitization must be followed. We do honour and encourage the staff, guests, and others to follow the norms where it is required for their and others' safety.
    • Samarpan reserves the right to modify event arrangements in accordance with public health regulations.
  12. Violation Consequences
    • Any violation of this policy can result in:
      • Immediate termination of the event
      • Forfeiture of payment
      • Ban from future bookings
      • Legal action (if necessary)
  13. Review & Modifications
    This policy may be revised periodically based on updated government rules, safety innovations, or operational feedback. Guests, vendors, and staff will be notified of significant changes via official communication.
